I am going to try and start another weekly post on my blog - Menu Plan Monday. I got this fantastic idea from Courtney. (I get a lot of fun ideas from Courtney!) You see, I have to turn over a NEW leaf. I really have to save $$$ any way I can. I have a new plan when it comes to buying groceries and such. The plan starts with writing down menus. If I plan my menus and try to just shop for the ingredients of my menus, this should help to save $$ in the long run!

Here is this week's menu:

Monday: Chicken and Dressing (we already ate as I am posting this late! YUM!)

Tuesday: Leftovers (you may see a lot of that on my menu plans)

Wednesday: Sloppy Joes & tater tots

Thursday: Spaghetti

Friday: Leftovers (Mom is going OUT!)

Saturday: Crunchy Onion Chicken (recipe below)

Sunday: Crock Pot Surprise!

Crunchy Onion Chicken

2 cups French's original or cheddar french fried onions

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts

1 egg, beaten

Crush french fried onions in plastic bag. Dip chicken into egg and then coat in onion crumbs. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes until no longer pink
