Diet Update

Here is an update from this post:

I Quit.

That's right! I quit. I couldn't stand eating the same thing day after day after day. But not to worry! I am still going to Georgia in the Spring. I am going to watch what I eat for the rest of the year. I will stay away from junk food, pizza and fried foods. Try to eat healthy and exercise. Then come January, I am going to start Weight Watchers! My new health plan (starts in Jan) offers a discount on Weight Watchers. I have to say, I know a lot of MoMs (mothers of multiples) that are super skinny! Must be in their genes. Could be my age. Or my love of food. I LOVE FOOD!! I may need to go to eaters anonymous.

I quit my diet too...I still have about 15 lbs to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight but with the babies it's been hard to focus and I've been in constant need (more like desire) of comfort food to get me through the rough days. I can get my old jeans on but the little bit of muffin top is just not cool. Brian and I were on Weight Watchers right when I got pregnant. It worked great! I highly recommend. We really need to get focused and get back on the more excuses!

I remember that you followed the weight watchers plan once before and lost weight! That should work for you. And you have lost weight.... it is just a matter of time and you'll be there! I love food too much. I had a BIG bowl of ice cream last night. ARGH!
