Christmas is Coming!

Today it is officially 100 days until Christmas! I have already been thinking a lot about Christmas - and I had no idea we had reached the 100 day countdown until I received a reminder from '100 days to Christmas' by LISTPLANIT. By participating in 100 days to Christmas, you not only have fun, but you stay organized which is a HUGE accomplishment during the hustle and bustle of the Holiday Season! Christmas is "The Most Wonderful Time of the Year" and you shouldn't feel stressed. Unfortunately, due to the economy, I am sure people don't agree with me. It is depressing when you have kids, family and friends and a limited budget. Just remember Christmas is about the birth of Christ and not about how much money you spend or how many gifts you can pass around. The spirit of Christmas is doing something GOOD for your community or for someone less fortunate. No matter what side you are sitting on, the helping or the receiving help, that is when you feel the true spirit of Christmas.

Getting back to the 100 days to Christmas site, this site is a motivational website to help you prepare for Christmas. The site gives you a challenge every day to help you prepare. There are prizes to win people! I love prizes:)

Today's challenge is to find a Holiday planner~ a planner with the works. 3 ring binder, folders, pencil pocket and so on. Well, I have the perfect planner! I bought this for Zach for school 2 years ago and so far each teacher BANS "trapper keepers" or binders with zippers and velcro. So I will use it. And it's GREEN for Christmas!! :)

If you want to join me in the fun, click here for more details. If you do not have a blog, you can also participate on facebook and twitter. Bring on the Holidays!
