It's Fall! YAY:) We are all decorated for Fall. Are you? You know, after looking at my menu for this week, it looks like we don't eat very healthy. I do cook veggies on the side almost every night! Also, I made my menu by using what we already have. I am trying to see if I can go "major" grocery shopping every 3 - 4 weeks instead of every 2. We will see!
MONDAY: Beef Stew
TUESDAY: Taco Meat Pies - again! I have left over taco meat to use:)
WEDNESDAY: Pork Chops and Mushroom Gravy
THURSDAY: Hamburger Helper
SATURDAY: Cheese Steak Subs (cheese steak on a low carb wrap for me:))
SUNDAY: Chicken & Dumplings
