My Music - Idea Stole from Dawn:)

I LOVE music! I really enjoy a variety of music. I know a lot of my friends DO NOT like Country. So, I TRIED not to select too many Country songs... but the Country songs I did select all have special meaning. And if you can just be open to it, and listen to the words, you may find that it is not so bad! For example;

Keith Urban 'Making Memories of Us' Scott's brother Mike sang this song at our wedding. (very well I might add!) I chose this song because I thought it was so perfect for starting our life together.

Tim McGraw 'My Little Girl' My Dad and I danced to this song on my wedding day:) It was the greatest moment! And now this song has additional meaning since Scott and I now have a little girl:)

Brad Paisley 'He Didn't Have to Be' This song is special to me because Scott became the Dad "he didn't have to be" to Zach. Scott has been the best Dad in the world! (next to my Daddy of course:))

Alan Jackson 'I'll Fly Away' My Grandmother LOVED Alan Jackson and she particularly loved this song. This is an old Church Hymn that Alan sings a version of. The Pastor at the Church my family attends sang this song at my Grandmother's funeral. Also, my Grandmother had Alan Jackson's Church Hymn CD in her cd player when she passed and my parents gave me the cd which REALLY meant a lot to me.

Rodney Atkins 'Watching You' I think this is just the cutest song/story about a Dad and his toddler son that watches every move his Daddy makes and copies his Dad because he wants to be just like him! SO SWEET! And it is also a lesson to us all to becareful of how we act, because we are being watched!

There are others in my play list that have meaning but I think they speak for themselves:)
If you don't like Country, well sorry, suck it up! The music player does have a pause button!

I like the music! Okay, I'll admit that I don't like country music. But I'll suck it up :). I like your other song choices though - I love Cat Stevens (or whatever he's called now) and Elton John and I like that picutres of you song too. I was kinda disappointed when I hit the comments link and the song stopped playing - ha ha.
