It was 70 degrees out yesterday! We decided t go for a walk. We walked to the community center to register for the community yard sale we are having the end of April. I haven't participated in a yard sale in over 10 years! I have a lot to sell. I reserved 2 tables, I hope that is enough! Just think of all the baby stuff I have! Zach is going to help me. I told him the $$ we make will pay for his bday party in a public place this May. Having a bday party outside the home cost a small fortune these days! Zach will also be selling some of his toys and he can pocket the $$. if you live close by, be sure to come out! I will post more details later.

I plan on having a yard sale too. Katie and I are going to do one her birthday weekend. I better get busy!
I love garage/yard sales. The last one I had I made $600 dollars on just baby stuff and still had tons of stuff left over to sell again soon. It helped fund our DL trip last November. Good luck!
