As you may know, I am on Weight Watchers. Well, I GAINED 1 pound this last week!! Gained, not lost. How sad! So, that means I need to step it up a notch. I am not going to sit here and say I don't know what I did wrong, because I think I do. For one thing, I probably do a total of 30 minutes of exercise for the whole week! I might drink 1 cup of water in a day. And my food choices haven't been the best. I am doing very well at writing down everything I consume in my journal. I do very well at keeping track of my points. However, that doesn't mean that I should fill my days with processed factory made goodies! Like oreos for example. I found out that reduced fat oreos are 1 point a cookie. I LOVE oreos! So, I might eat 4-5 oreos in a day! And I do write down those 4-5 points. Last night I had thin crust pepperoni pizza. 5 points a slice. I just LOVE the WW little 1 point cakes. Yummy! And their ice cream bars... you see what I am talking about??? What I need to do is exercise more, drink water all day and maybe treat myself to 1 diet coke at lunch or with dinner, eat HEALTHY points, not cookies and cakes! Treat myself to ONE of those items a day, not multiple treats a day. No more oreos AT ALL! Obviously, I can't eat just one. Sorry Zach, I am not buying them again. I do buy healthy food! I have lots of fruit and veggies. This week will be better!!

It's OK! At least you are making the effort and are taking responsibility for the food you're eating. Just try to work out a little harder. If you can do 5 minutes on the elliptical, push yourself to do 10 every day. Eventually, 10 will become so easy, you can push yourself to do 15 and so on. YOU CAN DO THIS!
