What would Super Nanny's Advice be to you?

Have you ever watched 'Super Nanny' and wondered what she would say to you if she visited your home? I know EXACTLY what she would say to us! We need to eat dinner as a family AT the table! My parents tell me quite often that I am a good mom, and I LOVE to hear that! It makes me feel good:) But am I really? I am going to share with the world something about us that I am ashamed of. We do not eat at the table as a family. Zach always eats at the table, because that is the rule. Scott and I eat in the living room! Isn't that horrible? Something else.. not only are we sitting apart, but we are all eating different things! Zach eats Chicken sandwiches, chicken nuggets, ramen noodles (again, chicken flavor) kids cuisines, CEREAL (yes, even for dinner!) and other things he likes. Scott eats whatever is left over or sandwiches. Currently, I eat anything I can on Weight Watchers, depending on how many points I have left:)
This is NOT every single day, but most days! I do cook meals usually on my nights off. (that is where Scott gets his left overs) But the days between those nights off, its every man for himself!
Now, Zach does get nutrition. He has healthy snacks all day. Fruit, carrots, granola, yogurt... I just feel guilty that he is not eating a nice, hot, square meal for dinner:(
WHEW - that was my confession for the day:)

Hmmm....what would super nanny say to me - she would say "Get off your computer and play with your kids". I feel like I am a little to interested in my computer.

Super Nanny would tell me the same thing as Jill. Get off the computer and play with your kids...and husband!" With them all over the place now a day, I pretty much CAN'T be on the computer while they are awake any more though because I'm chasing them down or they're clawing at me to watch Noggin videos....THEY LOVE MOOSE A MOOSE. *lmao*

Ditto to what Jill & Jen said - I keep telling myself that today I'm only going to get online once. But it never ends up that way! Don't feel bad about the food, if my husband didn't cook I would be eating tv dinners and cereal for dinner. Maybe as they get older you guys will all be eating together :).
