Getting Excited!

It's almost the weekend! We are leaving Saturday morning for Massanutten Resort, located in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley of Virginia. We are going to take advantage of the snow tubing and the indoor waterpark. And MOMMY is going to escape her wonderful family for an hour and get a facial and a massage at the spa! WAHOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
We found out we are not staying in a hotel, but a condo! So it has seperate bedrooms and a kitchen. This is great news. It will save us $$$. We can bring food and not have to eat out every meal. Of course we will go out to eat once or twice for fun. I will be posting lots of picture! Maybe even while I am there:) We are bringing our laptop. Not because I am a blog addict, but because Scott is a World of Warcraft addict. He will need something to do when I pass out every night at 10. LOL We are staying 2 nights and coming home on Monday. UGH as I type this I realize I forgot that Zach has school on Monday! DOAH! Super Mom strikes again. Any who... sorry for the long post... but I am worried I will forget something important that I will need for the babies.
So, I am going to list what I plan to bring and please feel free to tell me what I should add!

  1. diapers/wipes/little swimmers (thx again Mandy!)
  2. food/formula
  3. bottles/bowls/spoons
  4. blankets
  5. 2 pac n plays
  6. bath seat
  7. towels
  8. baby wash
  9. clothes/bathing suits/shoes
  10. THE pacifier and extra pacifiers (GOD help us to not lose THE pacifier)
  11. toys
  12. "just in case" medicines (tylonol, teething gel, ointment)
  13. Our carseats will also serve as "feeding" seats in the condo
  14. hats/coats/mittens
  15. bottle proppers
  16. bibsters
  17. My camera!

What am I forgetting? Anything?

That sounds like a lot of fun!!! I can't wait to hear how it goes. Will the babies sleep well for you away from home? Ours are great sleepers at home, but awful away from home. But not all babies are like that.
I think you remembered everything on your list. :) Maybe some toys??

Umbrella strollers? The cheapy small ones that fold up easily-- they came in handy for us and we used them as feeding seats, too, since you don't have to sit on the floor like when you use the carseats to feed. But, totally up to you. The rest of the list sounds great! But wait-- I wanted to add how completely JEALOUS I am of the spa treatment and getaway!!!! ;)
