Remembering my Mom

My mother passed away on August 8th, 1986 when I was 14 yrs old. I just wanted to jot down some fond memories~

My mom was a HUGE Elvis fan!
Mom loved coca-cola - as do I
We used to watch General Hospital together when I came home from school, she would have a snack waiting for me.
Mom LOVED to go out to eat - and now so do I:)
Mom loved to shop - again, so do I
Mom loved to listen to music - if you know me, you know I love my music too
Mom liked to do her hair and make-up - even if we were not going to leave the house
Mom loved yellow roses

Things I would love to tell my mom about:
My kids
Scott
the rest of the family
my friends
Cool new inventions: computer, cell phones, mp3 players, digital cameras
Yummy new restaurants!
Great movies
All of my thoughts

Miss you and love you with all of my heart!

What a nice tribute to your Mom...she sounds like she was a great one. It reminds me that I need to be more thoughtful of my Mom. She helps me out a lot with the boys and I need to be more greatful for her help. Thanks for the reminder.

Beautiful tribute to your mom.
I'm sorry you lost her when you were so young. I'm sure she's watching over you and your family.

This post got me all teary-eyed because I cannot imagine losing my mom at a young age like you did. I bet she is really proud of you and your beautiful family! ;)
